IJK Optics Company U.S. Warranty
All of IJK Optics products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. IJK Optics Company guarantees your product to be free of defect in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
The warranty does not cover consumer caused damages such as misuse, abuse or repairs attemped by someone other than our authorized technicians.

TO SEND IN PRODUCTS FOR REPAIR OR EXCHANGE:
Package your product securely and please include:
•Full name
•Street address, City, Zipcode
•Daytime phone number
•E-mail address if you have one
•A brief description of the issues you want corrected and repaired.
•Insure your product for the appropriate dollar value
•Shipping and handling fee of $20.00 per item, made out to Istvan Kovary

After receiving your product, IJK will evaluate your unit to determine what repairs are needed. If it is not covered, IKJ will advise you of the cost to repair, either through a phone call or e-mail. You can at that time accept the fees or decline. If you accept, payment can be made through check, money order or credit card to IJK.
Aim Sports & Other Brands
All other Brands we sell have a warranty of 1 year after date of purchase. If you buy from us, we always give you a hard copy receipt. Most of our brands of merchandise are warrantied by the Manufacturer, and should be returned to them.
